- What to Do if You Can’t Log In

If you tap "Sign In" and see the message "Invalid email address":
- Please check that you have entered the registered email address correctly.
If you tap "Sign In" and see the message "Invalid input: Incorrect username or password.":
- Please check that you have entered the correct password.
- Can I use PicLive without registering an account?

No, account registration is required to use this app.
- How to Change Your Password

You can change your password by following the steps below
- On the My Page screen, tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
- In the Account Settings menu, tap "Account".
- Tap "Change Password".
- Enter your current password and a new password that meets the required conditions.
- Tap "Change" at the bottom of the screen.
- How to Log Out

You can log out by following the steps below:
- On the My Page screen, tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
- In the Account Settings menu, tap "Log Out".
- How to Delete Your Account

- On the My Page screen, tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
- In the Account Settings menu, tap "Account".
- Tap "Delete Account".
- After reviewing the important notes, tap the checkbox for "I agree to the above terms".
- Enter the reason for deleting your account.
- Tap "Delete Account".

How to Create a New Account
- Launch the PicLive app and tap the “Login / Sign Up” button.
- On the “Sign In” screen, tap “Create Account” at the bottom.
- On the “Sign Up” screen, enter your preferred email address and password.
- Please enter an email address where you can receive and check the verification email.
- For the password, make sure to meet the requirements shown below the input field.
- Tap the “Sign Up” button.
- On the “Verify Account” screen, enter the 6-digit account verification code sent to your email address in the “Code” field.
- If you do not receive the code, tap “Resend Code” to receive the email again.
- Tap “Verify Account”.
- Set your User ID and Nickname.
- Please enter values that meet the requirements displayed below each input field.
- Tap the “Complete” button.
About Posts and Content
- I found a post that seems inappropriate…

If you come across a post that appears inappropriate, please help us by reporting it to the management team.
You can report a post by following these steps:- Open the menu located at the bottom right of the post and tap "Report".
- Select the appropriate reason for the report and tap "Submit".

- Some of my photos or are not showing on the posting screen…

In this app, only media with location information can be posted.
Therefore, media such as screenshots that do not contain location information will not appear on the posting screen, even if they are saved on your device.
- How to Post Videos
-
To post a video, select the “Video” tab at the bottom of the posting screen.
The screen will switch to Video Posting mode. From here, follow the steps below to post:
Post a Video Taken with PicLive
Video Shooting Settings
- Countdown Timer
The remaining time until the maximum continuous recording limit is displayed. The maximum duration is 1 minute from the start of recording.
When the time limit is reached, recording will automatically stop, and the posting confirmation screen will appear. - Switch Camera
Tap the button to switch between the rear and front camera. - Toggle Light ON/OFF
Tap the button to turn the light on or off. - Close the Posting Screen
Tap the button to close the posting screen.
Record a Video
- Tap the shutter button to start recording.
The shutter button will change to a stop button during recording. - Tap the stop button to finish recording and proceed to the posting confirmation screen.
Post Settings
- Enter Caption
You can add a description for your post. - Set Visibility
In addition to “Public,” you can select available events near your current location if applicable.
Post the Video
- Tap the “Post” button at the bottom of the confirmation screen to complete your post.
Post a Video from Your Library
Open the Library
- Tap the thumbnail in the lower left corner of the screen to open your device’s media library.
Select a Video
- Tap a thumbnail in the library to select a video.
- Then tap the “Next” button at the top right to proceed to the posting confirmation screen.
Post Settings
- Enter Caption
You can add a description for your post. - Set Visibility
In addition to “Public,” you can select available events near your current location if applicable.
Post the Video
- Tap the “Post” button at the bottom of the confirmation screen to complete your post.

To post a photo, select the “Photo” tab at the bottom of the posting screen.
The screen will switch to Photo Posting mode. From here, follow the steps below to post:
Post a Photo Taken with PicLive
Photo Shooting Settings
- Switch Camera
Tap the button to switch between the rear and front camera. - Toggle Flash ON/OFF
Tap the button to turn the flash on or off. - Close the Posting Screen
Tap the button to close the posting screen.
Take a Photo
- Tap the shutter button to take a photo. You will be taken to the posting confirmation screen.
Post Settings
- Enter Caption
You can add a description for your post. - Set Visibility

Post the Photo
- Tap the “Post” button at the bottom of the confirmation screen to complete your post.

- How to Start a LIVE Broadcast

The default state of the posting screen is set for LIVE broadcasting.
You can start a LIVE broadcast by following the steps below:
LIVE Broadcast Settings
- Select Broadcast Destination
In addition to "Public," you can select an event near your current location, if available. - Switch Camera
Tap the button to switch between the rear camera and the front camera. - Toggle Light ON/OFF
Tap the button to turn the light on or off. - Close the Posting Screen
Tap the button to close the posting screen.
Start LIVE Broadcast
Tap the Start LIVE button to begin a countdown before the LIVE broadcast starts.- During the 3-second countdown, you can tap the Cancel button to stop the broadcast from starting.
- Once the countdown is complete, the LIVE broadcast will begin.
During LIVE Broadcast
- Remaining Broadcast Time
The remaining time until the maximum continuous broadcast duration is displayed. The maximum duration is 120 minutes from the start of the broadcast.
When the time limit is reached, the LIVE broadcast will automatically end. - Broadcast Destination Display
Displays the visibility setting for the LIVE broadcast. - Switch Camera
Tap the button to switch between the rear and front camera. - Toggle Light ON/OFF
Tap the button to turn the light on or off.
End the LIVE Broadcast
Tap the × button at the top right of the screen during the broadcast to display a confirmation message.- Tap Cancel to continue the broadcast and return to the previous screen.
- Tap End Now to immediately stop the LIVE broadcast.

About Location Information
- Can I hide the location information of my post?

No, location information is required for all content posted on this app.
- Can I manually set the location of my post?
-
No, you cannot manually set the location of your post within the app.
All content location information in this app is linked to the location data embedded in the media itself.
- How is location information collected and shared?
-
This app displays the location of content on the map based on the location information attached to the media you post.
Please note that the app does not share your device's real-time location with other users.
Privacy and Security
- Can I hide inappropriate users?

Yes, you can.
Tap the user icon on the post and select "Block".

About Settings
- The app is requesting access to the camera, microphone, and library. What should I do?

To fully use the posting features of this app, you need to grant access to the camera, microphone, and library.
If you choose not to grant access and continue using the app, a prompt will appear when you open the posting screen asking for permission. From that prompt, you can navigate to your device's settings app and enable the required permissions. Once granted, you will be able to use the posting features.
- Can I change the language?

Yes, you can change the language in the app. Currently, Japanese and English are available.
You can change the language by following the steps below:- On the My Page screen, tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
- In the Account Settings menu, tap "Language".
- Select your preferred language.
